Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Manuscript developed in double-spaced, 12-point font, using italics for emphasis (except URLs) with figures and tables integrated within the text.
  • Submission in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF format.
  • Manuscript is original, not previously published, nor under consideration by another journal.
  • Complete author details provided, including ORCID ID, affiliations, and contact information.
  • Ethical approval obtained and standards followed for research involving human subjects, data, or biological material.
  • Potential conflicts of interest clearly stated in the manuscript.
  • Cover letter attached, outlining manuscript relevance to the journal's scope and declaring any conflicts of interest.
  • Author agrees to pay the applicable fee upon paper acceptance.

Author Guidelines

As part of the submission process, authors are required to ensure their submission's compliance with the following guidelines. Submissions not adhering to these guidelines may be returned.

Manuscript Formatting: The manuscript should be word-processed, double-spaced, using a 12-point font, with margins of at least 1 inch. All pages must be numbered consecutively.

Article Structure: Ensure that the manuscript is structured according to the journal's guidelines, including sections like an abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and references.

Originality: The work must be original, unpublished in any language or form, and not currently under consideration by any other publication.

Citation and Referencing Style: The manuscript should adhere to the APA citation and referencing style as required by the journal.

Author Information: Complete contact information for all authors, including email, affiliation, and ORCID ID, must be provided.

Ethical Compliance: For research involving human participants, data, or biological material, ethical considerations must be adhered to and, where required, approval from an ethics committee should be obtained.

Conflict of Interest: Any potential conflict of interest must be clearly stated in the manuscript.

Data Availability: If applicable, authors should provide a statement regarding the availability of data and materials supporting the results reported in the article.

Cover Letter: A cover letter should be included with the submission, detailing the significance of the work and its fit with the scope of the journal.

Figures and Tables: All figures and tables should be of high quality, appropriately labeled, and cited within the text.

Permissions: Necessary permissions must be obtained for the use of any copyrighted material from other sources.

Supplementary Material: Any supplementary material should be prepared and submitted following the journal's guidelines.

Online Submissions: Globalization and Artificial Intelligence accepts manuscript submissions exclusively through our online portal. Please refrain from submitting via email to ensure your work is processed efficiently.

Global Access Publishing Fee: Upon acceptance of an article for publication, the author or their funding entity is obligated to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC), currently set at $550 USD. Waivers or discounts are provided to authors from developing nations, ensuring the finalized, peer-reviewed articles are accessible globally at no cost.
