Abstract

By the beginning of the 1900s; the change was a quite limited and slow, infrequent phenomenon that faced great challenges. Social changes accelerated and started to be experienced frequently in the new period that started with the development of business management. The changes are faster each day with the development of the intellectual culture and technology. The business world has become smoother and more complex as a result of this rapid change.The main purpose of all activities put forth by enterprises is to make their competitors accept their superiority and maximize their profitability in the market they exist. Today, it is necessary to resort to many modern management techniques and use these techniques in order to ensure this and then make it sustainable. The opinions of business managers on these modern management techniques were measured and it was tried to determine the point that our country exists in terms of such studies as a result of both the literature review and survey study conducted regarding these modern management techniques to which many business managers are acquainted with hearsay information.
