Dominant Factors Influencing Knowledge Sharing Among Employees at PT Inco Tbk Indonesia

This paper is intended to identify and analyze the dominant factors influencing knowledge sharing among the employees within the Department of Support and Engineering Services at PT Inco Tbk, Indonesia. This research was conducted at the Department of Support and Engineering Services (SES) PT Inco Tbk, Indonesia using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis to identify the factors affecting the performance of knowledge sharing among employees within the department of SES PT Inco Tbk, Indonesia. Based on the result of multiple regression analysis, the research demonstrated that the performance of knowledge sharing was simultaneously influenced by the following factor: knowledge sharing mechanism, supporting tools or medias, cultural approach, motivational factor and inhibitor factor of knowledge sharing, however, we found that only knowledge sharing mechanism partially influenced the performance knowledge sharing of the employees in achieving the targets and missions of the Department of SES, PT Inco Tbk, Indonesia.Downloads
